Compensation Without Guesswork

Receive guaranteed base pay through training and into assistant management, with the opportunity to earn commission on top of your hourly rate based on individual or team performance.

Commission is calculated from gross sales relative to hours worked, so progress shows up in your paycheck. If you improve, you earn more. If you do not, we coach you. Nothing is hidden

Full-time hours typically range from 35 to 45 hours per week, depending on performance and merit, with weekends required and Mondays off. Schedules are communicated clearly and tracked in a time-punch app you download on day one.

This is on-your-feet work with long periods of standing, frequent customer conversations, and occasional tight spaces. Reliable transportation is recommended, and locations are across Snohomish County from Lynnwood to Bellingham.

Your First 8 to 12 Months, Built For Real Progress

Growth here follows a clear path, with each phase building the skills and confidence you need for the next step. You will learn the fundamentals first, prove readiness through performance, and earn each next step through skill, consistency, and coachability.

Phase 1: Sales Fundamentals

Learn simple, repeatable face-to-face customer acquisition with a clear greeting and conversation structure. You will shadow experienced reps, ask questions, and complete product and compliance training.

Phase 2: Technician Development

Build real troubleshooting skills and learn to stay calm under pressure with hands-on guidance from the owner. You will demonstrate readiness before moving into the next phase.

Phase 3: Advanced Technician and Trainer

Lead by example and help newcomers learn the right way. You will network with experienced reps across organizations and gain exposure to every part of the business so you are ready for management.

Phase 4: Management

Work with the parent company and clients to deliver strong field execution in new markets. Long term, you can own a firm like this one and build passive income by developing others while guiding their growth.
